Main Beam Construction
HUAYU builds the main beam from Q690D steel. Q690D has nearly double the yield strength of the Q345B commonly used on standard lowbed trailers — 690 MPa versus 345 MPa. The upper flange is 25mm thick, the middle web plate is 16mm, and the lower flange is 25mm. This beam profile keeps the deck height at 1,710mm overall while supporting 100-ton loads across the full extension range.

Heavy-Duty Suspension Reinforcement
